Project timelines may be delayed if required information or approvals are not provided in a timely manner.

Website Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, videos, logos, trademarks, or other materials they provide are legally owned by them or properly licensed for use.

Beat’s Web Design is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or legal issues related to materials provided by the client.

Payments

Payment terms will be provided before work begins. Depending on the project, payment may be required upfront, in installments, or upon completion.

Beat’s Web Design reserves the right to pause or stop work if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the amount of work already completed, project expenses, third-party costs, and the specific agreement made with the client.

Fees paid for completed work, domain names, hosting, software, plugins, third-party services, or other non-refundable expenses may not be refundable.

Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project agreement. Additional revisions, redesigns, new features, or changes outside the original project scope may require additional fees.

Project Timelines

Beat’s Web Design makes reasonable efforts to complete projects within the discussed time frame. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by client response times, content delays, technical issues, third-party services, or other factors outside our control.

Website Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Services

Clients may use third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, email platforms, payment processors, plugins, themes, or software tools.

Beat’s Web Design is not responsible for outages, errors, price changes, security issues, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership and access to their domain names, hosting accounts, email accounts, and third-party services unless otherwise agreed.

Website Maintenance

Websites require regular updates, maintenance, security checks, backups, and monitoring. Unless a maintenance plan or service agreement is in place, ongoing maintenance is not automatically included after a website is completed.

Beat’s Web Design is not responsible for issues caused by lack of updates, expired licenses, plugin conflicts, third-party changes, hosting problems, malware, or unauthorized access after project completion.

Search Engines and Results

Beat’s Web Design may build websites with search-friendly structure and best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or business results unless such terms are specifically stated in a written agreement.

Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, content, reviews, backlinks, Google Business Profile optimization, and search engine algorithm changes.

Ownership

Once final payment has been received, the client generally owns the completed website content and design created specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed.

Beat’s Web Design may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, code snippets, development processes, design systems, or other materials used to create the project.

Third-party themes, plugins, software, stock images, fonts, or licensed materials remain subject to their own licensing terms.

Portfolio Use

Beat’s Web Design may display completed projects, screenshots, links, business names, or general project descriptions in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Beat’s Web Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, website downtime, search ranking changes, or issues caused by third-party services.

Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide quality work and helpful recommendations, Beat’s Web Design does not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales, leads, traffic, rankings, or revenue results from any website or digital service.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit spam or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or misuse any information provided on the site.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, layout, and design elements, is owned by Beat’s Web Design or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse website content without written permission.

Termination of Services
